Frequently Asked Questions

Who do you work with?

I work with teens, young adults and women, — whether you’re just starting out, feeling stuck, or looking to reconnect with yourself. Coaching is for anyone ready to step into greater purpose, clarity, and fulfilment.

How is coaching different from therapy?

While therapy often focuses on healing the past, coaching is future-focused. It’s about setting goals, overcoming blocks, and taking actionable steps to get you where you want to go. Coaching is ideal if you’re feeling stuck, seeking clarity, or ready for change.

What can I expect in a coaching session?

Each session is a safe, non-judgemental, confidential space where we’ll explore your goals, challenges, possibilities and your why. You'll leave with greater self-awareness, practical tools, and a clear sense of direction. Sessions are personalized to meet you where you are at.

How long do people usually work with a coach?

This depends on your goals and the answer is different for everyone. Some clients come for anything from one session to choosing to work with me for a few weeks depending on their needs. There is no pressure to commit to any number of sessions, I simply meet you where you are at and we move forward together from there at your pace.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes! All coaching sessions are held virtually via Zoom, so you can connect from wherever you are. This allows for flexibility, comfort, and consistency — no matter your location.

What are your qualifications?

I’m a certified Coach through the Jay Shetty Coaching School and bring years of experience as an educator and mentor. I hold a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English, Sociology & Political Science, from The National University of Ireland Galway, a Postgraduate in Second Level Teaching, from The National University of Ireland Galway, a Postgraduate in Special Educational Needs from The National University of Ireland Galway, a Postgraduate Diploma in School Guidance and Counselling from The National University of Ireland Maynooth.

What areas can coaching help with?

Coaching can help with life transitions, building confidence, setting goals, finding purpose, improving self-worth, and creating healthy habits and boundaries.
